What should I do right now?
If you notice sparks, a burning smell or water near electrics, switch off the affected circuit (or the main) at the DB board if safe, stop using the point, and message us immediately.
Is there a call-out fee?
An emergency diagnostic call-out fee applies and is waived or deducted if you approve the repair quote during the same visit.

This fee is waived or deducted if you approve the technician's repair quotation during the same visit. If you decline the quote, the diagnostic call-out fee becomes payable before the technician leaves.
